»Gleiche Liebe, falsche Liebe?!?« (Same love, wrong love?!?)

Offenbach’s university start-up PixelPEC has made an eight-minute animation feature for the ARTE-TV documentary »Gleiche Liebe, falsche Liebe?!?« (Same love, wrong love?!?). Co-produced with Hessischer Rundfunk broadcasting station, the documentary will be shown on arte on May 12 from 8.15 pm. as part of arte’s theme day on Gleiche Liebe – gleiche Rechte! Homophobie in Europa«(Same love – same rights! Homophobia in Europe). The homophobia project is the fourth project PixelPEC has created on behalf of a public broadcaster in the space of just two years.

PixelPEC is a moving-images agency comprising digital artists and media producers, founded in early 2014. The members of PixelPEC, nine freelancers working in the creative industry, have known each other since college, some of them met at HfG Offenbach. PixelPEC works on projects involving animation and post-production. The range of services includes 2D and 3D, compositing, motion design, editing, music, and sound design.
