Design against the crisis: Designing for use

Johannes Bietz, HfG-student and tutor at Design Institut of Technology, with the help of his fellow student Jonas Theisinger, participates in an open source initiative for the provision of protective visors for nursing and aid institutes.
QckVsr is an open basic idea improved by him, which is now produced with the help of 3D printers. Researched, designed, engineered and developed in between 7 days. So far 300 visors have been handed over free of charge.
The Project was supported by Frank Zebner, Professor for Technical Products and Product Systems at HfG Offenbach.
