Julien Bismuth is a French conceptual artist based in New York City. Working in the mediums of collage, installation, and performance, Bismuth’s practice intertwines language and image to examine the interplay of various cultural sign systems.

The Sculpture department is taking the opportunity to invite artists to present “visiting artist” lectures via video conference. The lectures and Q&A take place on Monday evenings from 18hr-20hr.
