Nadine Fecht is a visual artist based in Berlin who graduated in Fine Arts at UdK – University of the Arts Berlin. Her works are exhibited internationally (Kunstmuseum Basel, Kunsthalle Bratislava, Hamburger Kunsthalle, Kupferstichkabinett-Staatliche Museen Berlin, ZKM , Museu da UFPA Belém) and shown in important thematic exhibitions such as »ZERO WASTE« at MdBK Leipzig, »Vertrautes Terrain« at ZKM Karlsruhe and »Broken Music Vol.2« at Hamburger Bahnhof Berlin.
In addition to various grants such as the Villa Aurora Los Angeles, Stiftung Kunstfonds and the Berlin Scholarship of Akademie der Künste Berlin, she was awarded the Will Grohmann Prize in 2014. Her works are part of public collections such as Hamburger Bahnhof-Nationalgalerie der Gegenwart Berlin, Kunstmuseum Basel, Hamburger Kunsthalle, Staatliche Museen Berlin, Berlinische Galerie, Collection of Federal Republic of Germany and Neuer Berliner Kunstverein.
After teaching at the Universität Mozarteum in Salzburg and as guest professor at the Braunschweig University of Art, in 2023 she was substitute professor for experimental painting and drawing at the Bauhaus University in Weimar and lectured at the UdK University of the Arts Berlin. Since 2025, she holds the professorship for drawing at the University of Art and Design in Offenbach.
